Today, the team at Head Office took part in our second annual Douglas Stafford Bake Off!
5 contestants are battling it out to be crowned the winner of 2017. The cakes vary widely in style, flavour and texture – from a mint aero cake, marmalade cake, glazed raspberry buns, skittle surprise and a caramel and coconut rafaelo cake. Our team of judges certainly have their work cut out!
Whilst our judges are currently still in deliberation, the bakers kindly donated the rest of the cakes to be sold off in a charity bake sale, to raise money for our chosen charities of 2017 – Portsmouth Hospitals and Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance.
